Having loved dogs from a young age, naturally my dream job growing up was to be a dog trainer. However, life led me down various paths, and I embarked on different endeavours instead. But the passion for dogs never faded.
Having experienced my own behaviour struggles with my dog - a very mischievous Lhasa Apso called Luca, I completely empathise with owners who may feel isolated, frustrated and perhaps responsible for their dog’s behaviour.
I am a fully accredited trainer with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers (IMDT) which means I have undergone a rigorous assessment process to qualify as a trainer with an organisation that only endorses positive force-free training methods based on the latest scientific research and is also recognised by the UK Dog Behaviour and Training Charter.
I have also completed the Absolute Dogs Pro-Dog Trainer course. Again, this is an approach that only utilises positive training methods but is based on concept-based learning.
Concept-based learning revolves around the idea of training dogs through fun, engaging games and activities which can help boost your dog’s optimism, confidence, focus and many more….
Using these trusted methods, I am confident that together we will be able to help your dog reach his or hers full potential.
